We offer three types of viewing trips
Inspection visit:
These trips have been specially designed for those persons who are confident
of the area, are seeking to purchase a property relatively quickly
and have no financial constraints of any kind. This trip lasts
for usually 4 days. You should be made aware that during the course
of the viewing trip should you find a property that meets your
requirements, it will be necessary for you to submit a deposit
to secure the property and have it removed from the market.
All you have to pay for is the air fare. The flights to Alicante and
Murcia are available from major U.K. airports.
Airport transfer, accommodation, meals and property viewing are courtesy
of Dream Living.
Assisted Viewing:br>
This route is recommended for those who do not know the area well and
would like to spend a little more time (approximately one week)
getting to know the area and to view properties. We recommend
that you take a short trip whereby we arrange the flight and accommodation
at a high quality Hotel on your behalf or you arrange your tickets
and accommodation independently.
Prior to taking the trip, you should make arrangements with us to view
the properties based on your requirements and should also forward
your contact details in Spain (including mobile telephone numbers),
so that we can get in touch with you.
Own steam:
People who choose this method have usually made their own arrangements
- such as a pre-booked holiday. While they are there they might
want to view properties and would like to meet up with our agents
in Spain on a more casual basis.
If this is you, we can organise a meeting with our agent in the particular
area where you are staying. We must have the times of travelling
and the accomodation details plus a mobile phone number, in order
for this to be successfull.
