Bulgarian Property Investment Trips
This is the best way to describe our tours of this region. The Bulgarian tours are very different from the traditional
"Spanish Property Inspection Trip" and you have to bear this in mind. Our Bulgarian associates are very professional and
ambitious but thay are working in a very new system and at times it harks back to Communist Russia. Things
are changing very quickly to Bulgarian standards but there is still a long way to go.
We will look after you to the best possible standards that are on offer, though this may seem basic by UK comparisons.
This is a "brave new world" and as such you should expect things to be different. This is of course "the best" time to buy
and if you are forward thinking and daring enough you may pick up some very good investments.
There are Two Regions to choose from
Nova Zagora and surrounding regions
This is thought of by many as an ideal situation, being the hub for Bulgaria
- half way between the Sea side resorts and the Ski resorts. You will find many
villages in secluded locations with stunning mountain backdrops and breathtaking
lakeside views. These properties will generally need total refurbishment, but
you may be lucky and find a house which is liveable, not to UK standards though.
For the person who is looking for a complete change of lifestyle, then this could
be the area for you. Property investors may find that a large house on a plot
of land whch could be a few acres in size may be a good investment to hang on
to.
Sunny Beach
The Black Sea coastal region including Nesebar. We can show you a number of
high quality apartment blocks and resort complexes where a rental guarantee programme
can be entered into. The quality of the construction is excellent with some people
remarking that the quality exceeds the Spanish constructions.
Cost of Inspection Trips
Our inspection trips include flights from Heathrow to Sofia Airports, transfer
to Nova Zagora or Sunny Beach. All transfers, Hotel accomodation, breakfast
and property viewings. They last for four days.
